üzerinde bir takım incelemeler yaptım. açıklıyorum:

öncelikle son iki hanesi her zaman spekülasyon konusudur. bu haneler, diğer 9 hanenin kontrol hanesidir. uzun bir işlemle hesaplanıyor, ancak ilk 10 rakamın toplamı da birler basamağını veriyor.

internette açık halde bulunan ve kendisinin çeşitli dosyalarında açık halde verilen bir örnek olduğu için recep tayyip erdoğan'ın kimlik numarasını örnek olarak alıyorum:

11 haneden oluşan bu sayının son iki hanesinin kontrol basamağı olduğunu söylemiştik. kalan 9 hane ise 5-4 hane olarak ayrılıyor.

güvenlik hanesi ile birlikte elde ettiğimiz tc kimlik numarası bu. normalde, bu kimlik numarasının kime ait olduğunu sorgulayamıyoruz, ama şu an söylemek istemediğim bazı servislerden sorgulanabiliyor. sorgulayınca da şu bilgilere ulaşıyoruz:

şimdi, eğer isterseniz, elde ettiğimiz bilgileri http://tckimlik.nvi.gov.tr/... adresinden doğrulayarak teyit edebilirsiniz. tc kimlik numaraları bu yöntemle verilmiş görünüyor, ama buna uymayan istisnalar da var. kimlik numarası uygulamasının başladığı tarihe kadar evlenerek başka kütüğe geçen kadınlara da bu yöntemle numara verilmişken, o tarihten sonrakilerin tc kimlik numarası değişmiyor.
